Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. In cases of emergency and acute illness, rescheduling at the time of cancellation will waive the fee.
